Cold haemagglutinin disease
        Agglutinate red cells preferentially at low temperatures .
        Agglutination is reversible , but severe haemolysis can occur if the thermal range of the antibody is high enough.
        Reaction occurs in cold parts of the body , leading to intravascular haemolysis , Raynaud’s and other vaso- occlusive phenomena
Often associated with one of the following

Mycoplasma pneumonia .
Infectious mononucleosis .
Lymphoproliferative disorders .
        . Paroxysmal cold haemoglobinuria is an extremely rare forms .
