INDICATIONS :-
ALLOGENEIC :-
1- Severe aplastic anaemia .
2- AML (acute myeloid leukemia ).
3- ALL (acute lymphoplastic leukemia )
4- CML (chronic myeloid leukemia )
5- Other malignant disorders of the marrow e.g . Myelodysplasia
6- Benign inherited disorders (thalassemia major , immune deficiency disease , mucopolysacc. , red cell aplasia and sickle cell anaemia )
AUTOLOGOUS

1- Malignant lymphoma (HD & NHL )
2-Other solid tumours e.g. breast cancer .
3-Aleukaemic leukaemia (AL)
4- Myeloma
5- For gene therapy of genetic disease e.g. adenosine deaminase deficiency .
                        COMPLICATIONS
EARLY (<100 days )
* Infection
*Acute GVHD
*Haemarrhagic cystitis
